Refund Policy
After your first session, packages are non-refundable. If the first match isn’t the right fit, we’ll rematch you with another therapist at no extra cost.
Expiration
All sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
Rescheduling
Our 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited unless due to an emergency.
Privacy & Access
All sessions are delivered via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Digital tools are for individual client use only.
