2. Telehealth Service Eligibility
Advanced Client Care offers virtual therapy to clients ages 11 and up in approved U.S. states. Services are subject to therapist availability, state licensing regulations, and client eligibility after intake.
3. Payments & Pricing
All services must be paid in full prior to each session unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via secure online invoicing. Pricing and availability may change without notice. Please visit our Pricing Page for details.
4. Changes to Services
ACC may update, expand, or discontinue aspects of our services, including pricing, insurance partnerships, or clinician availability, at any time without prior notice. We are committed to transparency and will update our site accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including copy, visuals, graphics, logos, blog posts, PDFs, and downloadable resources—is the property of Advanced Client Care and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Welcome to Advanced Client Care (ACC). Our goal is to provide a seamless and secure experience for all clients. Please review the following terms and conditions to understand your rights, responsibilities, and our procedures.
1. Identity Verification
All new clients must provide a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or other government-issued ID) before beginning services.
2. Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. All counseling sessions are confidential, with a few exceptions required by law:

Suspected abuse of children, elders, or dependent adults

Threats of harm to yourself or others

If the counselor believes someone’s mental condition renders them gravely disabled.
Information may only be released with your written permission, unless legally required. Online counseling is protected by the same confidentiality laws as in-person care.
3. Sessions & Technology
All sessions are conducted via Google Meet on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

You'll receive your session link by email.

We recommend using Google Chrome or the Google Meet app.

Clients are responsible for their own internet connection, devices, and login security.
If technical issues occur, sessions may shift to a phone call.
4. Payments & Insurance

You’ll receive a benefits summary and invoice before your first session.

Payment is due 24 hours prior to your appointment.

We accept credit/debit cards through a secure invoice link.

If a session is canceled or missed, your payment will be credited to the next session or refunded upon request.
Note: Final coverage decisions are made by your insurance provider. Non-covered services are your responsibility.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand emergencies happen. However, a $50 fee applies if:

You cancel with less than 24 hours' notice (non-emergency), or
-
You do not attend your session.
Fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
6. Session Recordings
Recording any portion of your session (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
7. Clinical Limitations
ACC does not provide crisis-based care.
Online therapy may not be suitable for clients experiencing:

Active suicidal or homicidal thoughts
-
Psychosis or manic episodes
-
Severe substance dependence
If you're in crisis, please call 911, the Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988), or visit your nearest emergency room.
8. Service Discharge
Clients may be discharged from care if:

They miss 3 consecutive sessions
-
There is no contact for 30 days
-
ACC is unable to reach the client after 3 attempts
9. Document Requests
Clinician-completed external documents (e.g., FMLA, disability paperwork) may incur a service fee. Please contact our office at 📞 561-779-0748 for details.
