How It Works

We want your therapy experience to feel clear, flexible, and safe from the beginning.

Refund Policy

After your first session, packages are non-refundable. If the first match isn’t the right fit, we’ll rematch you with another therapist at no extra cost.

Expiration

All purchased sessions must be completed within 6 months. Any unused sessions after that period will expire and cannot be credited or refunded.

Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late or missed sessions may be forfeited unless caused by an emergency.

Privacy & Access

All therapy is provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Digital tools and resources are intended solely for the individual client’s personal use.
