Starting therapy should feel empowering, not overwhelming. At Advanced Client Care, we’ve created a streamlined, human-centered intake process so you can focus on what matters, your well-being.

Step-by-Step Intake Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Call, email, or fill out our contact form to share what brings you in and what type of support you're looking for. You can also let us know your insurance provider and availability.

Step 2: Quick Response Within 24 Hours or Less

You’ll hear from a member of our team who will guide you through the next steps and help match you with a therapist aligned with your needs.

Step 3: Complete Intake Paperwork

You’ll receive digital forms to complete prior to your session, including a secure consent form, HIPAA agreement, and demographic questionnaire.

Step 4: Get Scheduled

We aim to schedule your first appointment within 7 days of your intake. We offer flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Step 5: Begin Your Journey

Meet with your therapist via secure video platform and start exploring goals, strengths, and what healing could look like for you.

What to Expect in Your First Sessions

  • A welcoming space where you are heard without judgment

  • An overview of confidentiality and boundaries

  • Conversations about your history, current concerns, and personal goals 

  • Collaborative discussion on how therapy will be structured for you

Your first few sessions are about building connection and safety, not rushing into labels or plans. We tailor everything to your pace.

Accepted Insurances

ACC partners with most major insurance companies to ensure your care is affordable and accessible.

We are always expanding our coverage. If your provider isn’t listed, reach out—we may still be able to accommodate you.

Private Pay & EAP Programs Accepted

If you're not using insurance, we offer:

  • Discounted bundles for short-term or goal-focused therapy

  • FSA/HSA payment acceptance

  • We’ve partnered with Afterpay so you can get started without delay.
