Tiffany Graham

Tiffany Graham, LCSW, MCAP, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified EMDR Specialist, and Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional with over 10 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. She holds a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s in Social Work from Florida International University. She is also a Qualified Supervisor in Florida.


Tiffany serves as Clinical Director at ACC, overseeing clinical operations, supervising clinicians, supporting hiring and development, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based care. She works across departments to promote coordinated, client-centered treatment.


Tiffany’s therapeutic style is strength-based and trauma-informed, with a focus on self-compassion, resilience, and collaborative healing. Her clinical expertise includes trauma and PTSD, addiction, anger, mood and personality disorders, grief, anxiety, self-esteem and body image concerns, relationship and intimacy issues, impulse control, and codependency.


Tiffany is passionate about helping clients develop healthier thought patterns, manage distress, and make lasting changes. She brings empathy, authenticity, and professional skill to every therapeutic relationship.
