Rose Mary Lagravere

Rose Mary earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida since 2006. With over 30 years of experience, she is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families in their journey toward improved mental well-being.


In addition to her clinical work, Rose Mary has served as a Clinical Supervisor, offering guidance to mental health programs, interns, volunteers, and administrative staff. Her bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allows her to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.


She has worked across various clinical settings, providing therapy to individuals of all ages. Her experience includes assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief, stress, LGBTQ+ concerns, low self-esteem, ADHD, behavioral challenges, parenting issues, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism Spectrum.


Rooted in a client-centered perspective, Rose Mary uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She is dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where clients feel heard and supported as they explore their concerns at their own pace.
