Jill Stellaccio, MS, CAC, is a dedicated mental health and substance abuse counselor with 16 years of experience guiding individuals toward recovery and wellness. She specializes in treating mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and life transitions, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing and personal growth.
Using a compassionate, client-centered approach, Jill empowers clients to develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, and behavioral concerns. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), motivational interviewing, and shadow work. She tailors each treatment plan to the client’s unique needs and goals.
In addition to individual therapy, Jill facilitates group sessions across several dual-diagnosis facilities in South Florida. She also engages in community outreach, delivering workshops and talks for adolescents on mental health and substance use.
Outside of her counseling work, Jill is active in local theater productions and is also a musician. She brings creativity, warmth, and deep commitment to every client’s journey toward lasting change.
