Courtney Cooper is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with over 30 years’ experience as a mental health counselor, corporate trainer, sales executive and life coach. She has assisted hundreds of individuals in gaining and implementing the skills necessary to achieve their personal and professional goals. Courtney is a graduate from Capella University where she received a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and conducts private therapy in the state of Florida.
Courtney seeks to empower her clients with positive communication skills, parenting skills, and conflict resolution to achieve the relationships they desire and help clients align professional goals with their personal values and strengths.Courtney’s specialty areas include but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, grief counseling, couples, family, and relationship counseling. She utilizes CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to extinguish limiting beliefs and behaviors and replace them with positive, empowering beliefs and actions.
