Benjamin Miller is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly a decade of experience supporting teens and adults through individual and couples therapy. He is trained in trauma, crisis de-escalation, substance abuse, and the unique needs of military families and veterans.


Benjamin specializes in helping clients navigate drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, self-esteem and identity concerns, chronic illness, career transitions, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, and daily life stressors.
