Alexandra Altman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, practicing since 2009. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education and a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Tufts University.


Throughout her career, Alexandra has worked with individuals, families, and groups to address challenges such as communication issues, conflict management, social skills, major life transitions, feelings of isolation, parenting, and strained relationships. Her therapeutic style is solution-focused, with a strong belief that our relationships play a central role in shaping how we see and interact with the world.


Alexandra has experience supporting clients with a variety of concerns, including ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship or family conflict. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to provide culturally responsive care to diverse populations.
